All the girls in vouge are really lovely and very professional, whenever I go there I'm always made to feel very welcome,there's always a very happy friendly atmosphere.
Always been happy when I've visited but on my past visit to have my eyebrows waxed the beautician didn't even turn up , I was just sat there with no genuine apology from the owner when I complained or offered any goodwill gesture. A little bit of customer service here would have resolved the situation but there was none
Brilliant hair cut well worth a visit I wont go anywhere else highly recommended xx
